The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes:

URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources;

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

The browsing data indicated in point 2, letter a) are used to:

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data collected and processed as a result of browsing this site will be retained for the entire duration of the service provision and will be deleted or anonymized within 15 days. Personal data submitted independently by users through the tools on the site will be deleted after providing the requested service or responding to them, and in any case within 15 days of the completion of such activity, with the exception of data required to comply with tax, accounting, and administrative regulations or to fulfill other legal obligations and to document the activities performed.

companies, associations, or professional firms that provide services and activities on behalf of the Data Controller, such as the provision of ICT services (e.g., web hosting services, cloud providers, etc.), the fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as for any organizational and administrative needs necessary for the activities carried out by the Data Controller.

The names of the entities who may become aware of users’ personal data, in their capacity as Data Processors, can be requested from Regen IV (by writing to the contact details above).

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Users’ personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In relation to the processing of personal data governed by this policy, the user has the right to exercise the rights provided for by EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR) at any time.

Right to be informed of any processing of their personal data (pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR).
